Hansel Media to organize seminar on online media and good elections

SEMINAR ON EFFECTIVE ONLINE COMMUNICATION FOR GOOD ELECTIONS

Hansel Media will be organizing a one day seminar on “Effective online communication for good elections” ” on Saturday 10th September 2016 from 9am to 1pm at the FakoShip Plaza Hall, Buea Town, Buea.


This development oriented exercise will bring together 20 young social media practitioners and online media personalities in Cameroon to discuss various means of packaging and crafting political messages that will enhance young people’s participation in the 2017 local, Parliamentary and Presidential elections and enable youths make informed political choices.

The main objective of this seminar is to increase political consciousness among Cameroonian youths especially towards the 2017 elections. Also, we need to teach them on the importance of constructive communication during the elections period. This seminar is funded by the Dutch group “Alert Fonds”.
